Natalie Doyle Oldfield is a trust thought leader, author and speaker who works with companies to grow their business profits and increase customer loyalty. A former Chief Marketing Officer, she is a passionate speaker to audiences throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
Natalie has been named a "2017 Trust Across America Top Thought Leader in Trust". This honor was based on her work with clients to build and measure customer trust: specifically, for the research and science behind the Eight Principles of Building Customer Trust©, the Client Trust Index™ as well as the content of her seminars and online course, Becoming a Trusted Advisor.
The Client Trust Index™ is a proprietary system to measure client trust as a key performance indicator. It gives executives a view into the organization’s ability to execute on its strategy from the customers point of view. Oftentimes, The Client Trust Index™ reveals hidden vulnerabilities and insights. Natalie is the author of several articles and the book, Building Trust with Your Customers Eight Guiding Principles.
She holds a Masters in Public Relations and Communications and a Certificate in Management (Georgia Institute of Technology). Her graduate studies focused on How Organizations Build Trust with their Stakeholders.
